8 out of 10 times roofs take one day to start and finish. Larger jobs over 35 squares may take an additional half day to complete.
Once we have the shingles and felt removed we can review the roof decking to see if there is any damage or rot and provide pictures showing the damaged area. We would do a change order to the original proposal, adding any replacement cost to the job for decking replacement.
Labor is 3 years and we honor the manufactures warranty on the products.
